Wednesday 4th February 6:45pm – introduction of coaches and initial pre-season training.
Saturday 31st January 10am – initial F45 fitness session. The idea is this will run for about 3 weeks to get conditioning levels up. Cost is $5 per person and it is limited to 18. First come, first served and if you put your hand up you must attend. More details to follow.
March Saturdays (14, 21 & 28) we will look at having trial games. Stay tuned for dates and locations. Easter is the following weekend and season kick off is 11th April.
If you are serious about winning comps then getting somewhat fit prior to actual pre-season is a must. It means we can use that time to do rugby specific activities rather than general fitness…
